Joint Stock Company «R-Tel» (hereinafter referred to as R-Tel) was established in Moscow on July 26, 1999.

The company has extensive accreditation and provides a full range of services for conformity assessment of communication equipment and certification according to the requirements of the Technical Regulations of the Customs Union, ERA-GLONASS, transportation safety, and the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications, and Mass Media of the Russian Federation.

Exclusive rights to this website (hereinafter referred to as the Site) belong to R-Tel.

R-Tel has exclusive rights to all materials posted on the Site, as well as being the owner of the R-Tel logo and domain names used on the Site.

Site users are entitled to use (view, print, copy) the information contained on the Site exclusively for personal, informational, non-commercial purposes and provided that all copyright marks are retained.
